Position Overview

Avyna Cosmetics is expanding in Texas and hiring a Territory Manager to build and develop a defined geographic area.

This is a structured, high-activity field role focused on:

• Daily in-person salon visits
• Opening new accounts
• Building consistent territory coverage
• Executing a disciplined CRM and routing system

This position is designed as a long-term growth opportunity.
High performers may qualify to transition into exclusive distributor status for their territory.

What You Will Do

• Complete 30–40 in-person salon visits per day
• Follow structured weekly routes
• Introduce and present our professional hair-care line
• Open new salon accounts
• Submit visit reports after each stop
• Maintain accurate CRM updates daily
• Follow up on previously visited salons as directed

This is a structured execution role. Discipline and consistency are required.

Compensation Structure

We provide stable compensation with structured performance incentives.

We are ONLY considering candidates who currently reside in or near one of the following Texas areas:

Amarillo, Pampa, Dumas, Childress, Vernon, Lubbock, Snyder, Big Spring, Sweetwater, Abilene, Wichita Falls, Graham, Breckenridge, Killeen, Temple, Fredericksburg, San Marcos, New Braunfels, Beeville, Alice, Kingsville, Corpus Christi, Rockport, Arlington, Mansfield, Lufkin, Liberty, Beaumont, Orange, Humble, Crosby, Baytown, Aldine, or Houston.

Due to territory coverage needs, applicants residing outside these areas are not eligible for this position.

Base Salary: $20.30 per hour

Monthly Performance Bonuses:

• Account Opening Bonus

Compensation is based on measurable territory growth and execution — not unpredictable commission swings.

Path to Exclusive Territory

Top performers who successfully develop and stabilize their territory may qualify to transition into an independent distributor model, gaining long-term control and income participation in the area.

This is performance-based and not automatic.

Vehicle & Field Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Because this is a high-volume field role, candidates must have:

• Reliable 4-door vehicle
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Active auto insurance
• Willingness to use personal vehicle daily

This role requires consistent driving throughout the assigned territory.
