The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Dialer Specialist / Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the high-energy engine at the front of our growth funnel, executing high-volume outbound campaigns using our optimized power/predictive dialer systems.

This is not a script-reading robot role. We target business owners and high-level decision-makers. You need to be incredibly sharp, adaptable, and able to command a conversation from the very first second.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Engagement: Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily through our automated dialing software.
• Sharp Objection Handling: Navigate complex conversations smoothly, handle rejections with grace, and pivot fluidly based on what the prospect says.
• Lead Qualification: Connect with business decision-makers, quickly uncover their pain points, and qualify their interest in our growth solutions.
• Pipeline Generation: Live-transfer qualified leads to our senior consultants or seamlessly schedule future discovery calls.
• Data Integrity: Use our integrated CRM system to log call dispositions accurately with minimal friction.
