I applied for 'Senior Consultant Developer' position through LinkedIn. Later I got a call from a Technical recruiter and had a quick discussion on the expectations, interview process and selection criteria. He setup a first round which was 1.5 hrs. pair programming round where I was given a problem to solve along with a thoughtworker. Choice of programming language is up to the candidate. Next round was technical discussions with 2 thoughtworkers over Zoom call where I was tested on my tech breadth & depth knowledge, recent projects, system design approach, scalability, security and unit testability. We discussed on vast areas of software design for 2 hrs. Next round was Leadership & Cultural fit round with couple of thoughtworkers. We discussed about my personal interests, social issues and my point of view. They tested my learnability & leadership skills. A general discussion for an hour. At the end, I got an opportunity to become Thoughtworker. Overall the interview rounds were challenging and knowledgeable. The technical recruiter provided helpful insights at each stage of the interview.

It was a bit long with several interviews, technical, cultural, and general. The separation in days between interviews was a bit long and the process took more than 20 days to complete.
