- 1 st line support (local and remote)
- 2 nd line support (local and remote troubleshooting)
- Local demos
- Firmware upgrades
- Remote support for Hardware upgrades
- Local and remote training
- Testing of traditional products
Qualifications:
Education : B.Sc. in Electronics & Communications Engineering
Grade (cumulative) : Good and above
Experience : Fresh - 2 years

Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships both internally
and externally.
Disciplined and committed to customer time commitments
Multi-tasking, problem solve in stressful situations.
Very good spoken and written English Language, very good spoken Arabic.
Good knowledge of PC Software and Hardware.
Good Internet skills.
Experience with enterprise communication equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) is
a strong advantage.
Strong technical expertise and knowledge of communication applications
(communication equipment, testing, etc) is a strong advantage.
