Strategic Consultant at BairesDev

In this role, you'll be part of a new consulting capability at BairesDev, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology to help organizations solve complex business problems and translate strategy into execution. Partnering directly with senior leaders, you'll structure ambiguous challenges, identify where value is being left on the table, and design practical paths to capture it. This is your opportunity to work on high-impact engagements where business outcomes drive the work, not technology, and where your analytical thinking and structured problem-solving shape the direction of transformation programs.

What You'll Do:

• Structure complex or ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, or transformation.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Work closely with client executives and internal delivery teams.
• Support discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Senior-level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and technology.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
